The outward opening casement window is the most commonly specified type of aluminium window for domestic use. Casement windows can be side-hung, top-hung and even bottom-hung and can be either internally or externally glazed. Tilt and turn windows are also available which provide an instant solution to safe cleaning regulations should external access to the window be unachievable.

Tilt and turn windows are internally glazed and are inward opening. Our aluminium casement windows incorporate a thermal break and when glazed with a double glazed unit comprising a low e glass and a minimum 16mm argon gas filled cavity a generic U Value of 2.10W/m2K is achievable.

We also offer a high performance aluminium window which has been developed and engineered to comply with current and future legislation with regards to Building Regulation L1 and L2.

Our high performance casement window can achieve a U Value of 1.90W/m2K as a standard and 1.60W/m2K in an enhanced condition when glazed with a double glazed unit comprising a low e glass and a minimum 16mm argon gas filled cavity.
